• tri-sectional fit for neck and shoulder
• convenient for back and kidney area
• can be used hot or cold
• to use warm:
  • heat in microwave (600 to 800W) maximum duration 60 seconds
  • knead pad to distribute heat
  • if required hotter, a further maximum duration 15 seconds
  • knead pad to distribute heat
  • repeat until desired temperature is achieved
  • DO NOT heat for longer periods of time, only heat for 60 seconds and multiples of individual 15 seconds
• to use cold:
  • intially cool in freezer - 2 hours
  • store in the refridgerator at 0 to 2 degrees C
  • return to refridgerator to cool after use
• easy to handle remains soft at all times
